Unable to Connect to Google Account for "IF Pro"

Model: Samsung Galaxy Tab A6
System: Android 7.0
OpenGL: 3.2
No further specifications.

Hello there. After the Release of the “Global Update” i am unable to Connect to my pro subscription more ans more. After choosing “Fly online” and “Sign in with Google” i have to verify my Account. Thereafter the screen “Contacting Server” rests for several minutes up to some hours and nothing happens. The same Problem appears on my Samsung Galaxy A3 (6) with Android 7.0 and open GL 3.1. So i am guessing this isnt a Device Problem. Also my WiFi Connection is constant and Good. Restarting the App and/or device without ans changes. Reinstalling the App with no changes either. Until now i could Connect One time to my Account.

Looking for solutions.

Have you let it load for a few minutes?

I let it load for nearly 30min now but once again nothing happens.

Below are some basic steps taken that may help resolve the issue:

  • Keep as much unused internal device memory (RAM) available. 1GB is the recommended amount
  • Always close other apps before opening Infinite Flight
  • Keep your device fresh by completely restarting device power occasionally
  • Disable active add or message blocking apps
  • Don’t install unapproved apps
  • Don’t modify, “Root”, or “Jailbreak” your device
  • Don’t install IAP unlocking apps
  • Ensure Text to Speech (TTS) is enabled on Android devices
  • Use a strong WiFi network within a relatively close proximity to your device
  • Unplug your modem and WiFi router for about 30 seconds, then plug them back in if online “lag” occurs
  • Disable Anti-Aliasing
  • Lower Infinite Flight graphics and performance settings

For in-flight performance, please refer to these helpful tips:

Don’t really know, maybe your memory?

Thanks. Cleaning RAM and reseting my WiFi die the Trick.
