The same thing just happened to me. Was flying from OEJN to KJFK and when I logged in the flight was not found. I checked in just 4 hours ago and it was still on Autopilot+, but for some reason isn’t showing up anymore.

Standby, I’ll be flying a medium-haul flight. Please expect an update on this in the next few hours.
Thanks, Cam!

This has happened to me as well.

So far, I have successfully returned after completing a 6-hour AP+ flight, earning the usual XP and landing count. Give it a try! This is my second attempt at the same 5-hour flight on the same route, where the issues first began, and I hope it remains safe.

Just made it into SPJC from an overnight AP+ from KJFK. Same aircraft and no issues this time. No worries and thanks to you and team, @Cameron !

Hi, today, 1100Z - 1400Z, my AP+ flight seems to be gone. After posting this comment, I reopened my IF, returned to the flights section, and my AP+ flight reappeared in the tracking app. It may be worth having the central system verify this? Thanks

This problem may only affect me or a small number of people, rather than the majority.

Not necessarily a lost flight, but just an AP+ issue I ran into. I landed at VABB earlier—second screenshot—and (first screenshot) was after I landed and it’s still showing a flight:
