Hello, I am unable to get online multiplayer as it says in the following image. I have restarted my phone, the app, put my phone into airplane mode and turned it off. I also changed the app’s interface languages too.

Can you confirm you are updated to the latest version of IF? You can find this out by opening IF → Opening the hamburger menu in the top left corner of the screen → About → Version information will be on the left side of your screen. It should say 24.3.x, where x is the hotfix version.
You can also check for updates on the App store - there should be no updates available for IF there if you’ve got the latest version installed.
