Unable to access Live+

Hello,

It’s been a couple of weeks since I last played. I tried to login via google and Facebook and while the system seems to log me in it is asking me for another years subscription. I just paid the yearly subscription fee in April(I can provide the receipt if needed). I have gotten both the 01 code and also a message saying that a subscription was found for another account, but I have no other account. It also downgraded me from Grade 3 back to grade 1 showing no flighttie or experience in the Grade matrix but the logbook tab has every flight I have flown since I started playing in January of 2016. I am using an IPad Air 2/ IOS 10.3.2. Call sign is Bounce and account is under Nick G

This is the right way to create a support topic so no issues at all. Now we will do our best to help you. Have you reinstalled the app yet at all?

I did delete and then reinstall the app just now. The issue has still persisted. I am still being asked to re subscribe and it deleted all of my logbook data. I think I was at 57ish hours.

Unfortunately I was logged out automatically and have tried both Facebook and Google logins. Both logins bring up my account as Nick G but does not allow me to play and has downgraded me from Grade 3 to Grade 1. I just uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it and no changes, except it deleted all of the logbook data. I think I was around 57 hours of flight per the app.

I would wait for an FDS support moderator to help you as they can check your account to ensure Tunis the right one and that it has an active subscription. Be patient for Now until they are available to assist. Hopefully it goes sorted for you!

I’m pretty sure this is something like; number of landings in 90days. You don’t have enough that’s why 🙂

I was letting him know in case he didn’t have time to read the whole post, and usually these scenarios result in the person with the issue taking hours to reply for whatever reason. That’s why I answered, all with good intentions. Enjoy your evening now.

My Current Callsign is Bounce, but the login is under Nick G. I deleted the app today then re installed it and it unfortunately deleted my entire logbook too. I also have the receipt from the App Store of when I paid in April if you need to see that as well.

Hahaha yeah it hasn’t quite yet been 90 days since I played, plus it dropped all of my player history too(experience, hours, total landings)

That doesn’t really matter, say you did 15 91 days ago - they’re wiped off now 🙂

You’re missing the point, currency is not the issue, I have flown and landed quite a bit more than the 90 minimum and my last visit was less than two weeks ago.

I see your purchase correctly shown on your account. If Google is not working I would be happy to transfer the purchases and stats over to Facebook if you’d like. I will just need your Facebook logged IF account’s display name and callsign.

Sure that will work. I think because I am too new of a forum member though, I am not allowed to send PMs yet. And do you just need my Facebook login info?
