Ultimative high-end World Record Flight around the Equator

Dear Infinite Flight community,

I have a sensational announcement to make. I’ve been in the flight simulator for over 40 hours and am flying around the equator, which I might want to try in real life with professional support. I took off on 01.04. 2025 from SBGP (Embraer Unidade Gavião Peixoto) with the Boeing 777-200LR in factory colors at 00:00 am CET (19:00 pm GRT) in the direction of SEQM (Aeropuerto Internacional Mariscal Sucre), which I took as the starting point of the equator circumnavigation from a navigation point of view & have been flying the route eastwards since then, as this is safer in terms of alternate airports and ETOPS. My Samsung Galaxy A53 has held out bravely so far - but in future I’ll probably fly better with my iPad Air 11 M2 hahaha. I flew in single player because I also wanted to simulate air refueling, and only in single player can the weight & balance menu be opened during the flight (a pity in this case). I took 16 passengers (crew & doctors) and 41 kg of cargo (food, etc…) with me. There are now about 7 hours left to the starting point of the equatorial circumnavigation at SEQM, where I will land, which will be around 00:30 CET (5:40 pm ECT).

How long the flight took in the end, the route and further information will be published tomorrow in another post about this ultimate high-end record flight.

Greetings from Germany
