Hello folks. welp, my 26th Birthday was on Wednesday and it’s almost midnight on Thursday going to Friday. So for my 26th Birthday, I planned on traveling to Miami 
to spend a two-night vacation at a Hotel 
by Doral with my Mom, leaving on Thursday and returning on Saturday. And then go out to eat, in this case, somewhere at either Downtown Miami or Miami-Beach on Friday. Then on Saturday, we go to the pool before I catch my late night flight back to St. Louis. So what I did was I flew American Airlines Flight 3054 on the Airbus A319 from St. Louis to Miami . The flight was scheduled to depart St. Louis at 6:02 PM CST and arrive at Miami at 10:00 PM EST which was a 2hr 58min flight. Without further ado, I hope that you enjoy this trip to Miami .

Alrighty so, I left my house at 3:45 PM to head to the airport. Unfortunately, my Uncle was at work. So I took Lyft
to the airport. It was a 2025 Black Mazda 3. I got to the airport at around 4:00 PM. I checked in at the airport kiosk, printed out my boarding pass and then proceeded through airport security. The line wasn’t long. As a matter a fact, the line was pretty long. It took me until 5:00 PM and then finally made my way to Gate C6. I stopped by Hudson News to buy Original Pretzel Crisps 
, and Sprite Zero 
. Oh shoot, I totally forgot about gum this time. So unfortunately, I didn’t buy gum. Anyways, here I was at Gate C6 STL airport as my A319 aircraft had just pulled up to the gate from Miami at 5:25 PM. We then boarded the aircraft at 5:45 PM. So, let’s get this flight to the 305 Miami started.
Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome aboard American Airlines Flight 3054 service to Miami
. We pushed back from Gate C6 at exactly 6:02 PM. We started up our CFM-56 engines and we taxied to RWY 12R for takeoff from STL.
We were cleared for takeoff RWY 12R STL airport as we hopped onto the runway
And we were airborne as we lifted off RWY 12R from STL airport. Goodbye St. Louis, c ya later alligator.
We climbed over Freeburg Illinois
, flying Southwest en route to Miami
We leveled off at FL370 over probably Kentucky
. Then the AA Flight Attendants started prepping the carts to distribute complimentary snacks and beverages. So we were handed out Biscoff Cookies 
and Pretzels . Before being handed out mine, I took out my Pretzel Crisps and my soda . After being served the Biscoffs and Pretzels, I got Apple Juice 
for me to pour my soda into. After that, trash 
was collected. Then we cruised over Albany Georgia before we entered the Florida airspace, taken from Seat 24F

Then we descended into Miami
, flying over Picayune Strand State Forest 
, east of Naples Florida 
. Then we flew over the Everglades 
before finally reaching the Miami airspace, in preparation for landing, approaching RWY 9 MIA airport.
Here we were on short final RWY 9 MIA airport before we touched down into MIA.
And at 9:22 PM, we just landed into the
305 Miami. Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Miami . After landing, we vacated RWY 9, crossed RWY 12 and taxied to Gate D22 for our arrival.
Welp, an American B777-200 aircraft had stole Gate D22. So we had to sit and wait for over like ten minutes for this aircraft to push back so we could park at our gate. After more than ten minutes, we parked at Gate D23 for our arrival. So, we arrived at Gate D23 MIA airport at 9:44 PM. I also told my Mom that I just landed and arrived to Miami and that I will be taking Lyft to meet her at the Hotel
. Going back to the flight, it was time for me to grab my stuff, exit the aircraft and proceed to Baggage Claim 
. Welp, I didn’t have any bags to claim, so I exited the airport and took Lyft to Best Western Plus Miami-Doral/Dolphin Mall Hotel . This time, I rode in a 2025 White Honda Accord to the Hotel to meet my Mom for us to Check-In, getting us one room, two beds 
for two nights.
