Two issues noted today

I started a flight from EIDW on the CRJ9.
Plane was on a gate without boarding bridge
I Switched off Pax but the door refused to close.
Pushback didn’t work because of this.
Oh well, I could get out of the gate without pushback and so I did.

This is me at 3,000 ft with doors open.
That’s the worst that can happen right, wrong!!
I set my initial altitude to 3000 on AP to follow departures procedure.
Immediately I turned off the Altitude marker, the entire of AP went off, I clicked several times and it refused to turn on, my plane took a dive into the ocean.

That’s a bug they restarting it maybe it’ll work

experienced this even before 25.1 with most CRJ variants. youll need to restart the flight everytime its stuck. for now, the moment you spawn in, turn off pax immediately.

I spent 15 minutes creating a flight plan.

There is a function to copy that and repaste right? Incase it happens again

i suggest using simbrief. its faster

Simbrief is amazing and easy to use
You can input your origin and destination airports, and choose a route (based on IRL routes), you can also customize what runways you depart and the destination airport’s arrival runway.
When thats done, generate the FPL and goto to IF and click the button with the arrows in the map and import from Simbrief. Voila! :pinched_fingers:

As others said, SimBrief permits you to create professional-like flight plan with the option to load them into Infinite flight, setting up automatically fuel, passengers, route etc..

But to answer your question directly, what I do in your case is saving my flight plan on my phone or cloud “Share” option, and if you want to load the flight plan you saved, just “Open Flight Plan”

Hope this help

You could try returning to the airport and then see if it closes agian if not youll have to start again

This helps alot

I wonder why that door was left open in the air like that.
