Two Controllers on the Same Frequency Bug (Training Server)

Hi everyone,

I’ve encountered an issue on the Training Server where two controllers can be on the same frequency at the same time. This happens when I take over a frequency right after another controller exits. If the previous controller rejoins while I’m still there, both of us remain active on the same frequency.

A few key observations:
• The frequency appears with a yellow border when this happens.
• Both controllers can send instructions to aircraft.
• Sometimes, only one controller’s messages reach the pilots.
• Other times, pilots receive instructions from both controllers.

A previous thread mentioned this but it was closed and the problem was never addressed. On training server ATC, there is an issue where a single frequency can be handled by multiple controllers. This results in contradictory instructions, duplicate messages and overall confusion for beginner pilots. This obviously happens most often at busy airports (EGLL, KJFK, KLAX). I am on iPhone with iOS 18.1.1 but this seems to have no impact as the previous person who brought this up was on android. I …
