Two controllers on frequency (training server ATC)

A previous thread mentioned this but it was closed and the problem was never addressed. On training server ATC, there is an issue where a single frequency can be handled by multiple controllers. This results in contradictory instructions, duplicate messages and overall confusion for beginner pilots.
This obviously happens most often at busy airports (EGLL, KJFK, KLAX).
I am on iPhone with iOS 18.1.1 but this seems to have no impact as the previous person who brought this up was on android.
I guess I should just finally get it together and pass the expert tests šŸ˜„

It happened to me when I was doing ATC tower and ground at OMDB, I cleared the plane to land and 2 mins later, somebody else called it, Clear to Land, I didnā€™t know there is another player doing It Too

Yes, this is very interesting, as Iā€™ve just found out it is possible to have several controllers on one center. As in, I was just able to open Paris center even though it was already active. And somehow Anchorage center as well, although I didnā€™t mean to open it at the same time???

I did notice Anchorage center was up with London center. Not the first time i noticed it either.

Itā€™s possible, yes, to open multiple Centers, Approaches, Departures, and even Grounds and Towers. For Center, you can open it as long as itā€™s in the 405 NM radius from the airport youā€™re controlling from. As for Approach, itā€™s a common practice for two controllers to open at the same time if the traffic is busy. For Departure, Ground, and Tower, this is possible, but not a common practice in Expert Server since the controllers would have to announce if theyā€™re controlling, so another person wonā€™t take their place. Well, weā€™re talking about the Training Server so thereā€™s no helping it.

I do believe if iā€™m not mistaken that having multiple frequencies open is not whatā€™s happening in this case, as there are multiple controllers on the same frequency. Either way, it harms the experience for both pilots and controllers.

This bug has been reported previously. Hopefully the devs are aware of it.
