I’ve been reading a lot of posts recently about issues about engine on/off switch and impacting ATC’s. What if the engine on/off switch could only be used on the ground, a bit like the pushback button.
There isn’t any feature to turn on/off the engine?
Typically engines are started on the ground, yes. Would be a little dangerous to start them mid-air.
There isn’t currently an option to turn the engines on/off, this is something that has been discussed and will hopefully be implemented in future updates.
MaxSez: Redundant. Check the Archive first.
Like @Harry said it will be added in the future but I doubt you will be able to start/stop them in mid air
I say, Matt should have the master switch, so while he is flying he can turn anybody’s engines off as an engine failure.
Hah that’s actually a good suggestion @hmkane
But theirs no “Mayday” command.
Suck it up and call inbound for landing. Lol.
If you had an engine failure you need a mayday button tho. Its FAA required.
For everyone who asks when the update is.
“When’s the update?” engine noise stops “Oh crap!”
People would rush reporting a sound bug…No engine sound help
It would be like when you are ghosted. A message would come up saying “You have been ghosted by to allmighty Matt! dramitic dun dun da music plays”
