Turn off topic notifications?

how do I disable notifications from the topics

Change the topic setting to “Normal” or “Muted”

I mean from every topic because whenever someone post a topic I receive an email and I have 1000 of them

Check your notification preferences under

Account > Settings > Preferences > Notifications > Categories

and make sure the Watched and Tracked fields are not populated with anything…

And under emails there is a mailing list mode which I set to No
