Turkish Airlines Plane Skids Off Runway In Odessa

A Turkish Airlines B737-800 Has Crash Landed After Viewers Report The Nose Gear Collapse. TK467 was a scheduled flight from Istanbul, and on approaching Odessa, the pilot did a go around. On second attempt a possible nose gear collapse caused the plane to skid off the runway. No injuries were reported and the passengers were safely evacuated. More to come.

That’s insane!!! I flew on this flight in August! Pretty scary… although I’m not very surprised. The runway at Odessa is extremely bumpy and poorly maintained.
