Turbulent Tuesday - Hercules Haulin' Aspen @ KASE - 301800ZMAY17

Hey everyone!

Join us for this week’s Turbulent Tuesday Casual Server Event:
Hercules Haulin’ Aspen

It’s for some Hercules action! We head to the Denver region in the C-130 for some low and fast canyon flying. We take off from KASE and basically fly a loop: KASE>KEGE>KGWS>7V4>KASE . The challenge is to fly at MTOW and stay as low as you can, hugging the terrain. The max ceiling is 9000’ (But can you stay below that?) Hop in your favorite C-130, come out to Aspen, and let’s have some fun! Who can make it without crashing?

Be sure to share your pictures for a chance to have one shared on our Instagram page!

Can’t wait to hop on in a couple hours!

Very nice event! Just ended a full manual flight. Some photos:

Great event! I got as low as 50 AGL in some spots.

Right at MTOW or fully maxed out at almost 200% MTOW. Just tried taking off 200% and overran the runway then just dropped like brick over cliff. 🤣

Hit 26 AGL!!!

Late for the big run but had fun none the less

I was lonely, but this was a cool one. 8500 would have made it even more interesting.
