Whenever I go up to a high altitude, the wind is always so high and shakes my plane so violently. Why is this?
You’re probably too heavy for a higher altitude.
Whats your normal cruising altitude.
normally around FL350. I use simbrief so my flight is all calculated by the computer.
You might be flying in a jet stream where the winds can easily exceed 100kts and the turbulence will be bad.
Where exactly were you flying at that moment?
Do you respect all the step climb altitudes given by simbrief?
I was flying from Nevada to California.
no. I just went straight to cruising altitude because there was no ATC and no traffic.
Yeah. After looking at
there seems to be some jet streams in that area. This could be the reason for the turbulence. Do you remember the wind speed and direction?
weather settings. or its the sky kinda hates the airplane you’re flying
thanks guys. i dont remember wut the direction was. all I know is that it was like 100kts. Anyways, thank.
It will probably be jetstream i guess.
