Notes to myself

  • If B was initially behind A in sequence, and then A changes runway, re-sequence for B. If B was given clearance to land/for the option, no need for re-clearance.

  • Remember separation. The safe distance is 3 NM. With 3-5 NM traffic C on final, request immediate takeoff to the departing aircraft D. If C is less than or equal to 3 NM final, hold short for D or if D was given takeoff clearance, cancel takeoff clearance and G/A for C.

  • Don’t forget to give traffic direction (right/left traffic) to the aircrafts inbound/changing runway.
