So if you wanted to join TSATC, are you allowed to make a tracking thread on the forum before you take your test?

Well if you plan on being in IFATC then you can make a tracking thread. There’s no rule to make a tracking thread while your in or before you join TSATC although it is highly recommended to leave after you pass your written to primarily focus on IFATC.
