The server was only added due to stress on TS1, for a short time. They probably chose to take it down, as it is expensive to run a server.

I see an issue though. There is a bug on TS1 with the sequencing and go around messages. Maybe these have now been fixed.

It was only meant to be open for a short time, until TS1 got less busy. This was because of the release of the 787, everyone went mad and flew it. There isn’t really demand for TS2, and it costs a lot to run.

Yes, only for when there was strain on ts1.

I don’t think so. I remember a screenshot of the strain on ts1. If all servers were hosted on one, it would be pretty slow.
However, I have no idea. That’s just guess work, you’ll have to ask the server host.
