Trying to contact Controller at EDDL

Does anyone know a way I can reach the current controller at EDDL. I was cleared to land on 23L and as I am 500FT AGL I get a mesage to follow instructions as I land I’m ghosted ( I think) what gives

didnt get to find out theyre most likely still working the tower howeveri am unable to see anything
