It’s as simple as being active and interacting on the forum (reading, liking, making constructive posts and comments, etc.). Keep doing that and your TL will increase in time.

It is possible if you can move your residence to IFC 
According to them, participating in discussions positively and actively for over a year, and creating valuable topics, is the way to raise your trust level.

At least trust Level 1 (Basic User)
