Ok, so i just received a badge that says “Ive reached TL2”, which I’m happy about, and i know the “Spotting” category requires TL2, but i cannot create a topic there, why is this?

Log out and log in. You should be fine after that ;)

That also happened with me when I first reached TL2. Wait for 24 hours and maybe it will work.
