On October 13 Trump visited Israel and all the hostages came home!!! Most streets around my house were closed but on the upside I have a perfect view of the knesset! So obviously while trump was there, there were helicopters circling above the knesset. So… I took pictures of the Helicopters! Let me know if there Jetphotos worthy!
Wonderful photos and of course wonderful news. I especially like the last photo with the blurred tree!
Thank you!
Great photos. The second pic might have a chance to get onto JP. It needs to be a bit sharper and it looks a bit over edited on first glance. Exposure and Contrast looks good, however, I haven’t seen the histogram.
Second is blurry imo, you could MAYBE sneak it by at 1280 but I doubt
Ok, idk what to do about it, and I don’t really know how to edit well @AndrewWu
Is there a way to edit to make the photo more sharp?
I uploaded it to my iPad, that’s probably why
Blurry, backlit, and cloudy are your three unfixable conditions for JP. Grainy is semi-fixable. Most other things are fixable.
I think it might just be my camera and lens. I dont know ho @Generic_Flyer does it with the same stuff
don’t worry about it; he’s Asian
Also airliners are way easier than helicopters because they move way more predictably
Yeah, but this is why I can’t decide to buy a lens for the Sony a7II of my mom’s or just continue with mine. Like maybe there’s a chance when I go to LA, my camera will do good. But if I wait till then I won’t get a chance to try out a new lens on my Sony while I’m there.
we are goated breeds, especially down in sea
Yes, and I thought I was smart ![]()
Well if you have a basic technique error then it’s not going to help. I could dig out my camera right now and take a blurry photo, it’s not hard to do so. Would you happen to know the shutter speed and autofocus mode that the photos were taken in? Also, are they cropped at all?
And speaking of this, want to fly over to help me on my math test this Thursday all jokes aside thank God I know the math for the test. And also last year my grade in math was a 50 because of the language barrier from moving. And for some reason at the start of this year, I started understanding way more Hebrew
..
Yes let me check
I would need more expertise to confirm, but just from my experiences alone, a small faster flying vehicle like a helicopter or a bird would usually leave me with a more blurry unfocused image due to how it moves.
Because of that, I only take photos of parked helicopters or birds.
