Is it the server icon or something else?
Others have reported there was a brief outage but the server is back now.

No … its always a Server issues al the time
I have also experienced trouble with the server for the last few weeks. Sometimes it just disconnects for a minute and regains the server connection. I’ve experienced these troubles since the last update, and it starts to annoy me! And as off just now: the server was down but all icons were green, but everyone was gone…
