Every time I switch frequencies im getting trouble contacting the atc , I can’t hear the atc commands whenever i switch so each time i had to turn off my wifi and reconnect to contact the atc , due to this issue im getting unnecessary warnings from atc to contact them ,it is like im staying in the previous frequency even tho i switched it
I guess it’s a regional problem.
Just for everyone’s information:
We are aware of this issue affecting a small subset of our users and have been looking into it.
Here’s the problematic part: the users affected by this are almost exclusively located in India, using service providers such as JIO and Airtel.
This becomes challenging because, not being on either JIO or Airtel’s network ourselves, troubleshooting is close to impossible - we need to follow every single breadcrumb in the chain of events to determine what’s causing this. The most likely root cause is probably not even on our side, but rather related to how JIO and Airtel have configured their network infrastructure. What we need to find is a workaround that resolves this for JIO and Airtel users without negatively impacting users on other service providers throughout the world. There are roughly 1000 different service providers around the world and I can count on one hand how many are affected by issues like this.
With that being said;
Multiplayer apps such as Infinite Flight are generally more prone to issues like this on cellular networks compared to fixed connections such as fiber. This isn’t something unique to us. We are doing our best to find a workaround, but it’s not a simple fix.
But I saw Russia written in your region. I guess you use VPN? Maybe the problem is here. Try to change a VPN operator or node?
