So my app keeps telling me that my IFC account has already been linked to a subscription and I haven’t connected with any other device. Is there a way to fix this?
You connected your Community profile to another account on November 8th 2022.
If you’ve recently purchased a subscription and it’s inadvertently been applied to the wrong account, please get back to us with the following information:
- Callsign & username (if applicable) for the wrong account on which the subscription has been applied to.
- Callsign & username (if applicable) for the account that you wish the subscription to be applied to.
Once we have that information, we can transfer the subscription and any stats you might have accumulated on the wrong account, to the correct one.
So my stats and subscription are connected to the right “device”. But my IFC is connected to my tablet and not my phone. I’ll get back to you with callsign and username.
It’s not reliant on device.
But if you purchase a subscription without being properly signed in (should occur automatically if same credentials are used in the store on the different devices, but it’s not 100%), it will create a new account with the subscription.
We can fix it when you get back to us with the details, don’t worry :)
