Tropical Storm Irma affecting southeastern US

Tried to take off from TNCM 6mins later left the flight with Grade 1 and 6violations 🙄🙄🙄🙄

I guess the title explains everything. I was flying on TS1 Caribbean region and I left my iPad on AutoNAV using my Mac BootCamp because I had to go for lunch. I came back. It said “crash” on the screen and when I ended that flight, It told me that I’ve got 6VIOLATIONS from that only one flight which is ridiculous. Can a moderator see why I got those violations? Thanks!
