Good morning, afternoon, or evening depending on where you are. As some of you may know, I hosted a flyout event in Medellin, Colombia today. In that flyout, I flew to Mexico City on Aeromexico’s 737 MAX 8.

Why you guys want to see Dan when he was in school???
Aircraft: Aeromexico B38M
Route: MDE-MEX (SKRG-MMMX)
Flight Time: 3:32
Server: Expert ofc, I don’t fly in noob servers
Sitting in the terminal when I see our ride today pull into the gate after arriving from Mexico City (MEX)
About an hour later I boarded the flight and my seat by the engine today gave me a nice view of a wild @Jay_Jay_King flying his American 737 MAX 8 to Miami

.
After boarding was concluded I realized that I had the entire row to myself so I transitioned over the the wing seat for some time and shortly after, we pushed back out of the terminal.
Here we are taxiing down the straightaways. There’s only 1 long taxiway at this airport.
And its departure time! I was able to capture a couple of beautiful Avianca planes, 1 787-8 headed to Madrid
and the other was an A320 headed to Orlando
. @Waxyscorpion308 summon. The pilot of the Avianca A320 happened to be @Oklahoma1, free him!!! Additionally, I captured another shot of the wild @Jay_Jay_King headed to Miami.
Up, up, and away!!!
. On my way out of Medellín I captured this shot of @Bay_Area_Aviation piloting his FedEx MD11 to Miami
.
Beautiful mountainous departure out of Medellín.
Now that I’ve reached cruise and seatbelt signs are off, it was time to lounge out and enjoy the amenities the airline provided on this aircraft today.
A little while later, I went back to my original seat as we crossed into Mexico and got some amazing views the region we were overflying had to offer.
After descending into Mexico City, we are now on final approach
Touchdown! A mysterious plane spotter who did not provide his name to me was able to catch this terminal view of our landing.
Bienvenidos al Ciudad de Mexico!
And that concludes today’s trip report. I hope you enjoyed the shots, content, and commentary. Stay tuned!
