Hello everyone. Today I embarked on my first British Airways flight. I flew from Amsterdam to London Heathrow to catch my flight back to Los Angeles. Join me as I show my experience on this 1 hour flight.
Here is the aircraft for today. Once boarded we unfortunately had to wait about 30 minutes in the aircraft because of some baggage issues, then waiting for an available pushback tug.
After the delay, it was a quick taxi and soon a takeoff. Departure was very quick and gave an excellent view of Schipol Airport Overall Review:
After reaching cruising, service started. I was shocked to find that they served a full meal despite this being a very short flight. They food was not very amazing though.
While at cruising I happened to spot a KLM E175 heading to Amsterdam
A great view of London as we were on our final approach into Heathrow.
There was a fair amount of turbulence on the final approach. Touchdown was fairly hard and the stop felt like the front tire blew out.
