I think Singapore Airlines deserves the second place. Their service are top notch with full of movie choices and friendly Singapore Girls. The seats are also comfortable with good legroom pitch too.

Same with Garuda Indonesia who’s on the 10th place. The only difference with Garuda is their homebase and bad scheduling for transiting passengers. Their homebase are really screwed due to the former leadership of Angkasa Pura 2 which makes Soekarno Hatta as a nighmare for travellers. Especially for those who are travelling with Garuda. I wish AP2 can open their eyes and make SHIA better in the future.

I sort of expected Thai Smile to get on that list. They are so cheap!

i flew with their a330 from Australia. they are in excellent quality and the seats are up to date.
the seats aren’t the newest one like the a350 ones, but the a330 seats at the moment are not old

Singapore Airlines’ economy in A330-300 are one of the best among other Economy Class. Trust me, you wont regret it even though its not their lastest economy product 😉

I thought you meant A380-800? (A388 operates from AKL daily)

No surprise with Emirates there. Then again it is extremely expensive to get to that place in the plane XD

i am going to Ho Chi Minh City on air new zealand 787-9 then flying to singapore on singapore airlines :)

I knew Alaska Airlines would be on there they just keep going up

It’s nice to see Alaska on there! But I’m surprised there are not more US airlines:-/

Wait till May when Jetstar starts Sydney or Melbourne to Ho Chi Minh City then ANZ will have to reduce their prices.

I am glad that SIA was no2, though thought they could have got to No1! I have had the luck to fly with SIA in Eco, Prem Eco and also Business several times and had first rate service in all three classes. Only flown Eco with Emirates but was impressed with the service and level of comfort.

How did I guess that!

You are forgetting their ridiculous " apartments " a freekin king sized bed! A mini bar and a 50 inch flat screen TV!!

Good information. Well deserved for all airlines.

Hooray for JetBlue! Best airline out there, they totally deserve to be on that list.

JetBlue is a US airline ;)
