i have a trim problem especially during final approach. when im about to disconnect autopilot, the aircraft suddenly nose dived(i already calibrate it). does this mean i need to use higher trim? maybe like 50% depending on aircraft?
My trick has been trimming before disconnecting
It means you need to trim until the tirm bar disappears. If you look at the trim section and you see a liter green bar going down, you need to add postive trim until it disappears. If it is orange, you need a a lotof positvie trim. If you see it going up, you need negative trim. You know the rest. Try not to eyeball a specific percentage, because based on your AoA in flight, your trim amount will be different. Once you are successfully trimmed, you shoukd experience any pitch up/down unless you weren’t holding your device properly (thats on

Yes. Some aircrafts in the sim require a a lot of trim for some reason. Try not to worry about it too much.
