Transition?

Hey guys, I got an question:

I am active for a while now on Infinite Flight, but I am still curious about what an transition is, and when to use it? Can someone explain that to me? It would be appreciated!

Its when you want to fly through a airspace without having the intent to land…

But only request transition if you’re at 5000 or below. Otherwise you really don’t have to use it.
