How can I become an ATC on the Training Server? Btw, new Gr.2 here.

Also, with that, can I have some tips and tricks on flying in the training server?

You should be able to go to training server. And then instead of hitting the free flight or training, there should be an ATC icon right there.

Listen to ATC instructions when you are a pilot. For ATC your better off just getting to know how to use it, all tips would be in the manual as well

I would say spend some time at a busy hub listening, take the ifatc practice test, read the manual and guide.
