Training Server

So… I became Grade 2 yesterday and I don’t know how to fly on the Training Server. All my flights till yesterday were on CS without using ATC. So I want to know how to fly in the Training Server without getting ghosts and violations.

Thanks.

Read over the user guide/flying guide, which can be found on the menu to the left when you open Infinite Flight.

No need to worry about being reported on the Training Server. That can only happen on the Expert Server.

However, speed and aerobatic violations can occur. The best way to avoid this is to remain calm, taxi at a speed less than 35 knots (GS), fly under 260kts below FL100 (350kts from FL100 to FL265 - respective Mach from there on), and avoid doing aerobatic type maneuvers within an airport’s airspace.

It’s quite simple, and a blast when done right! Congratulations, and see you in the skies!

First off congrats. It’s always nice to move up.

It’s pretty much the same as on Casual Server.

You can’t get ghosts on Training server. The only people that can ghost are IFATC (Expert Server ATC).

This link will tell you how to communicate with ATC. It’s easy on TS. Expert is where it gets hard.

Except a little more professional (most of the time 😂)

Find a list of all L1/L2/L3 violations reasons here:

That’s debatable. The ATC is not the best most of the time.

The flying procedures remain the same but in TS you are expected to learn a bit more with ATC unicom at every airport to understand the working of it and get ready for the professional ES.
Try being as professional as you can. There will be live ATC as well in TS. They will be new and practicing on TS as well like you. Try to follow all the commands they give and respect them. Don’t just deny the commands given by them.
There are some violations in TS which are to be followed and taken care of. They are:

  • Don’t exceed 260kts below 10000 feet.
  • No aerobatics over the airports.
  • Don’t taxi at more than 35kts.
  • Don’t stay on the runway for too long.

Just try to have fun and learn before you enter the professional world of ES. Good Luck!

Definitely. On Training Server there is hardly ever realism but you can get a violation for going over 35Kts as mentioned by @Zachary, and @MJMN.

Yes you will get a warning before you get violation.

I strongly recommend NOT TO FLY TO:

  • KLAX

  • EGLL

Those are hubs of devils and is just hell.

Congratulations of becoming Grade 2. Now let’s get to Grade 3.

Also see the tips above, those are really helpful
