I know it is lonely to fly in training server, flying with non professional players and idiot atc, so I organise group flights which allows grade 2-5 players who join together in training server to complete different mission flights. DM me in Discord KarlKarlKarl for more informations.
And I also recommend IF to organise some group flights events in TS so that lonely players can join in the community. If a community has to precise joy and help in the IF society, then why not helping TS and ES equally?

You can also use the Multiplayer under Multiplayer > Events for group flights I believe

Hey there! Unfortunately, IF isn’t the one that organizes these events. It’s done by players like you and me. The main reason why the training server tends to not have events is because the expert server just makes more sense. However, that doesn’t mean they don’t ever happen. You can definitely do them yourself. Make a well formatted event, appealing in many ways, for the training server, and set up someone to provide good ATC. You might get a decent turnout.
You can also utilize the Discord server’s Group Flights channel for quick flights.
