As I understand, ATCs on training server do not have the ability to report players that cause disruptions. But I really wish it was implemented. Now, I don’t mean to let any user playing as ATC to have the ability to do that, but at least give IFATC and high rank ATC the ability to, if not to report, at least to warn the disruptive player and disconnect/move them from training server to casual. I mean, it’s really annoying to see some guy fly 500 kt 10 ft above the runway on his jet while there is an aircraft taking off that you have cleared. Or to have someone land without clearance. I mean, training server is for training. There is a casual server for just having fun. You can still get automatic violations on training server anyway, so why not give IFATC or high rank ATC the ability to report or at least warn/disconnect players for disruptive behavior.

The purpose of training the server is to enable you to carry out some training tasks,The purpose of the training server is to allow you to conduct some training. If there is indeed a reporting function or a ticket function, it is likely that it will be the same as the expert server, requiring exams, which will be very troublesome.

Clearly players like that are just fooling around, i wish there was a way to move them to casual server. And they are doing it just because there is no consequence and because casual servers are half as full and there is no one for them to fly through.
Thats the whole point. But, when someone is trolling, its hard to just let it go..

I see where you’re coming from and I get it, I mean players want to train on ATC but what’s the point when 1 in 10 people follow your instructions. Unfortunately it’s the training server and it’s best just to focus on getting to expert and then creating an ATC tracking thread so you can ask for people to fly at your airport to help you train and then take the ifatc exam and hopefully pass and not have to worry about immaturity again.
Yes I also note that there are people on expert who don’t belong there because they can’t follow rules but at least atc can deal with it.
if you wish to control and have authority i recommend applying for IFATC its better than having those aircraft requesting pushback on the runway
TS wont change in a long time and even if there is a change it will come to ES first than anything else you gotta either accept the nature of TS or work for better environment.
I have Always respected ATC in training and somehow, they are Better than some of ATCs in Expert server. There were times they even guided me to the runway, at a time when it was full, but full, compared to the Expert one since many planes are parked

Your frustration is understandable, training server is meant for people to get familiar with ATC commands and overall professional conduction, such so the expert server would be the most realistic and professional experience pilots can get. Although some people aren’t interested in doing that similar to what you’ve experienced.
There isn’t much that can be done, if you are looking for the most realistic experience an ATC can get then consider joining IFATC, its most defiantly an upgrade from controlling on training server, and you’ll always have room to grow as an ATC.
