Training server atc problem

Today I was on Egll tower on training server. There were 40ish arrivals.when I started it there were 5 planes on final and 2 people queued all on the same runway. I told the planes to go around but they never listen. We need to do something about this issue on training act server. These people should at least be issued a warning. At the end there are like 6planes on the runway while landing and takeoff. This problem should be checked into.

There isn’t much you can do in this situation since Training server is basically Casual server with casual ATC and level 1 violations. If you want a more professional server I would recommend applying for IFATC to control on the expert server

You can’t expect professionalism in Training Server ATC actually🗿

Yes but sometimes people have 1 month cooldowns.this means they have to be doing atc on training server.

Just an Idea:
Maybe insert something in the Training Server for people who have like over 2500 operations (or something like that) can threaten the “trolls” of reporting them

But in their defense, you haven’t been trained on how to control either. How much spacing were the planes on the final? Were the aircraft holding short or on the runway? So how can you give someone a cooldown if you haven’t been formally trained to control? If you want to be trained, then IFATC is the way to go; however, if you want to control the training server, you must understand that ATC and pilots have no training.

Yep, some are not the sharpest. A flight last week from KJFK to KMIA the ground and tower controllers were calling repeatedly while I was on the ground configuring the aircraft for the flight. It seems they don’t understand what standby means. If my engines are not turning and burning I will not respond until ready. In real world I would get my IFR clearance after I have my engines turning and burning. The opposite was the case in Miami the controller was on the ball and was not pushy like the New York controllers.

Spent the last 40ish years in aviation, so much so that I am looking forward to dealing with well trained ATC on the expert server. I may of been a 727 wrench and a very grumpy one at that, I still went on runs to the south pacific quite often on 727 freighters. Riding the jump seat. Flying my own I am well aware and able to evaluate ATC performance. The tower controller at KMIA on Friday morning was top notch and knew what to do. Unlike KJFK controller the previous day/night.

Was this on expert server? Cause I can tel you I would never bother a plane that is just sitting at the gate lol. That’s frustrating

It was on the training server I’m not quite to level 3 yet another 20ish flights and I should be there well 20 landings would be more accurate. Some just don’t understand the word standby.

I believe that even with all this correct procedures TS pilot will not listen and that happen even in expert.

Was that in expert or server?

Sadly, not much you can do for this. Adding the ability to warn people would get overused and therefore make it useless. Also, on training server who don’t know who is knowledgeable about ATC. They could just do it and have no idea what is the actual command. My advice, join IFATC. That’s the only way to get a realistic controlling environment.

Training, I know I know but it’s still annoys me to no end.
