Can an ATC Controller in training server report a user?

Hello,
Controllers on the Training Server do not have the ability to report a user if they are not following their instructions. The only controllers that can report a user is those that are a member of the IFATC team and are controlling on the Expert Server.
In addition to the IFATC controllers, IFATC Supervisors, moderators and staff members can also report pilots whilst flying themselves.
