Who the hell is the tower controller at EGLL TRAINING SERVER you just left lot of people waiting without saying a word it’s being over 7 mins with lot of aircraft waiting for take of clearance !!!

Nope. Given anyone (who isn’t IFATC) can control on Training Server, there are no restrictions.

oh well, Heathrow on Training server as always, isn’t it?
luckily the expert server was created to serve decent atc coverage and service. Whenever you can, you could give it a try 
Hey Derrick, the controllers on the training server aren’t certified like the ones on the expert server. You can’t report them or expect full professionalism since it’s meant for practice. Sometimes they leave suddenly or mess up instructions — it happens. The best advice I can give you is to just ignore it and move on. Save your energy for the expert server, that’s where things are properly managed.
