Thanks to the airport editing team of the game that they have detailed the Airports
Visit Dunsfold(EGTD) in London region to see the Top Gear track its well detailed and has the hammer head turn and everything, even the checkered flag at the starting of the race track

Im sure some of the track is not a taxiway, so it wouldnāt be added.

I believe you have the airport editing team to thank for that. IIRC @Cameron or Jonathan edited that really early on.

Dunsfold is the airfield that Top Gearās track is located on, so you can āraceā around on the taxiways which are part of the track.
