No, that was me. So a couple of points for improvement:

Your transition altitude of 2000 is too low. Pattern altitude is 1500 ft above surface and you need 1000 feet separation so 2500 as Portland is about sea level.

You gave me enter rightdownwind 10R when I was crossing over the airport to the left downwind. This made me make an awkward turn to follow instructions which could have conflicted with traffic. Here you should anticipate position.

Gave me an enter right base command when it should have been enter right downwind

You cleared me for the wrong runway when I asked for a runway change and did not give me a pattern instruction before clearing me

Unnecessary cleared another plane for immediate takeoff when I was still on the downwind. You had a lot of space

You do not need to give a left/hand traffic after every clearance for the option. Only for inbound traffic / or traffic for a runway change. When you told me on takeoff / or my first clearance for the option to make right traffic, The expectation is I will make right traffic until told to do otherwise
