Can somebody just quickly send me the link to the page that someone made saying what you need to get TL1/2 etc I have seen It before but just forgotten it and cannot find it unfortunately. Sorry guys

The link is a general outline from Discorse. IFC Doesnt exactly follow those outlines.
All you need to do is contribute, like, comment, post helpful and useful content.
