Generally what’s the timings for IFATC schedule given by IFATC officer?

What do you mean by “timings?” Do you mean what time of the day airports are staffed?

Any event they mentioned the timings for every event e.g if event is on 08:00Z so what’s the timing for December ATC schedule given by IFATC…?

The atc schedules shows the featured airports for every day, effective for the entire day. No start or end time, just when the day ends.

By right, the hub and featured airports changes daily at 0600z. This is reflected in the first section of the December ATC Schedule. However, often IFATC controllers open those airports slightly sooner or slightly later than 0600z, largely depending on traffic volume and personal preference. Hope that answers your question!
