Timezone in 26.1 showing incorrectly at relative airport (YMML)

evice: iPad Mini 5th Gen :
Operating system: iPad OS 18.7.2

I am parked here at the gate at YMML (Melbourne Airport) in Australia, the local time that is mentioned here in the image is 12:21 and timezone is +10, however it should be +11 timezone and 15:21. The timezone and clock is incorrect. This is in 26.1 beta version.
