Why is Infinite flight always switch to central standard time when I am flying in the eastern standard time zone?
Are you referring to the in-game time clock?

Yes I am. It keeps switching to central time
There have been some issues since Infinite Flight changed the way they keep track of time in update 21.7. As Cameron says in the post linked below, fixes are being made and slowly implemented. Obviously, it can be frustrating, but I think all we can do right now is live with it.
