Thrustmaster Boeing TCA yoke + throttle

Hi there! I have got the Thrustmaster Boeing TCA Yoke Pack, which includes the throttle quadrant. I’m eager to use it with Infinite Flight as well. So far, I’ve discovered that the most convenient way to connect the yoke to Infinite Flight is through the Map Connect app. It seems to recognize most of the different axes and buttons, allowing me to map them. However, I’m facing a bit of a challenge in mapping the rudder. It’s quite inconvenient to land using the yoke and then immediately switch to the on-screen rudder/brake to maintain the centerline, which you’re probably a bit off already by the time you can correct it. I would greatly appreciate any tips or information on how to map the rudder :) Thank you in advance! #mapconnect #thrustmaster

I’m having a look at the design of the yoke.

The right hand side handle grip has two horizontal slider-things. Is it possible to map those to the rudder? It probably wouldn’t be the most intuitive control - but at least it’s something.

Thanks for your response. Those are kind of buttons which click when you push them to the right or left. It’s like the trim switches on the left (they only make a “click” up or down before returning to the neutral position)

I was about to say that. DO NOT bind those as rudder, if you do, you will click them as switches and will apply full rudder in the sim. I recommend rudder pedals. They’re clutch!

Do you have any rudder recommendations?

If on budget then this. I have these and work well for FS2020. I fly the IFLY737 max and PMDG 738 ng on that sim and there is nothing much to ask for.
Works for all planes including airbus!

If you are looking to be advanced, you can go for these but they will cost you around the same as the boeing yoke!
I dont have an opinion because i dont have this but im sure both pedals are great for study level sim flying.
