touchdown zone doesn’t exist; it’s just an aiming point and you only need to land in the first third of the runway

I hope this doesn’t sound rude; I’m just saying that the runway markings aren’t the only place you’re allowed to touchdown

I flew on an e190 other day and we touched down pretty late but KSRQ is also I believe 8 something thousand feet
