bro this guy is legit doing a test flight. i think he blew me out the sky

What do you mean by test flight? Are they testing out an airplane? The only thing I can think of is another person in an airplane that they are testing out flying into your airplane mid-air. Is that what happened? If so, the worst that happens in infinite flight if one plane flies through another plane is something that seems to be a plane mush where they are inside each other. There is no collision physics in infinite flight, so that would not have blown you out of the sky. I am very intrigued to see what this is.

To answer your question about the replay, you can share your replay easily by uploading it here: https://sharemyinfiniteflight.com/

Then you will get a link that you can send to people. If you are on an IPad, you can upload it by pressing “export” in the replay tab while having the replay you want selected. You can then save it to files. Finally, when you open the website, you should be able to upload the replay from your files, complete the captcha, and get the link! If you are able to do it, please send it to me because I am very curious. Have a good one.

I am almost certain that the collision with the other plane was not the cause for your loss of control in addition to the crash. I do not believe that infinite flight developers have added that feature or are ever going to add that feature. I think the reasoning behind refraining from adding that in is that if they did, many planes who may accidentally fly into each other, or planes on the casual server who want to fly into each other, both on the ground and in the air, should not crash. I could be wrong though. Do you mind sending the correct replay?

Even so I don’t understand what’s wrong with this, the guy was just flying and you intercepted him. It cannot be his fault. We need to see the replay.

ok. watch the replay. go towards the end where i come out of a dive from FL700. then i intercept a guy and he ‘seems’ to blow me out the sky

It could be wake turbulence I don’t know if IF has wake turbulence but it could be

there was an update awhile back where they accidentally included wake turbulence

So from what I can tell on the replay, it just seemed to be a graphical glitch. I do not see any trajectory change or change in speed. My guess is that you were going extremely fast right next to another aircraft and the graphics glitched for a bit. I am not 100% sure, though!

  1. You were never at FL700, you were at 7,000ft which is also know as FL070.
  2. I don’t see your name in the IFATC directory but you say your VO is IFATC (I checked because confusing FL070 as FL700 doesn’t seem like a mistake)
  3. I don’t see you colliding with another aircraft. All I see is you flying and randomly losing control. Maybe a bug? I don’t know
