Third Party App Support (IF PAX)

Hey guys, im having trouble on IF Passengers recently. I was trying to buy an airline but it never gave it to me. I went to try it again and it said i already bought it. So i decided to delete the app and reinstall it. I pressed restore purchases and it did not give me any of the airlines i purchased previously. Eventually i tried the whole process again and it did the same thing. I did not do any other purchases after reinstalling tho. Can anyone help me out here?
