These lines?

Infinite flight has grown significantly, from the days where EGLL to EGBB was one of the most common routes before global flights were installed on this amazing app, my knowledge in the aviation has remained steady but the knowledge required to use the app to the best of its abilities and make it as realistic as possible has increased significantly

The question I have is … what are these lines shown in the picture and what are they used for

These are North Atlantic Tracks used by trans-atlantic flights, they’re a means of ensuring safety and spacing in an area with low radar coverage, while also changing to account for best conditions to cross.
