There is no pro after purchase

I didn’t get pro after subscribing. What’s the matter?


Just close the app completely, it has happened to me many times and when I restart the app, it usually works and your back on pro again!

It still doesn’t work. It seems that it has been recharged to a default account.

Did you recently purchase the sub?

I haven’t bought it for a while.

I just saw in the second photo that it was purchased today, usually it takes a few hours until the sub activates. So just hang in there for a few hours and it’ll work eventually.

Try asking a staff member about it. They’ll be able to help you better than we can.
