WOW!!!

FL450? That’s quite high…

Yes sir. Corporate jets like to fly high. It’s their happy place. Great fuel burn rate. Not to mention minimal need to vector around thunderstorms :)

Yes sir, not sure what I want to do with aviation yet career or hobby flying a bush plane looks and sounds like a blast but then you see pictures of what you posted and bush planes can’t do that

Haha! Each has it’s own perks and downfalls to be honest. No aviation career/job is perfect.

I flew ERJs at a regional hated it.
Flew C208s for a scheduled 135 ops. Loved the plane, but hated flying in winter /ice with it. Too stressful.
Currently 135/91 gig. Absolutely love it. Fly to some awesome places. Everything is paid for. You can fly as much or as little as you want. Lol. Jan and Feb I flew 26 hrs total and got paid to sit at home. Can’t beat that.

That said, if you get up for work at 2:30am, and when you are done with your job for the day AND still love your job, that’s as close to perfect as you can get.

Business Jet I assume? If so, have you ever flown into KTOA?

Yup bizjet.

No. The closest I’ve flown to that airport is long beach. LGB

Do you enjoy the private or charters more?

If you do charters/air medic they are 99% on demand so you will be pretty much on call 24/7. You won’t have much of a life, but some people enjoy it.

My company functions like NETJETS clients buy shares and we fly them everywhere

I’ve seen a few NETJETs biz jets come in and out of KTOA before :). Let me know if you’ve got a flight there and i’ll spot you.
